Return Process

Contact our customer service team via phone or email within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare for Pickup
Ensure your adjustable base or mattress is clean and free of damage; for large furniture items, our team will coordinate a professional white-glove removal service from your home.
- 3.Inspection Process
Once the item is received at our warehouse, our quality control specialists will inspect the product to verify its condition and approve the return.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
After approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees, within 7-10 business days.
